Location right by all the attractions, Paris outskirts near the metro station in a nice neighborhood, and porte de orleans metro station...

The garden was lovely. The whole atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The "small" breakfast was just right for us. But it is quite dark in the breakfast area. It was nice to have free use of a computor. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a longer Metro ride than we expected to get to the sights of Paris.

The space between the end of the bed and the wall was way too small. It was impossible to walk through that space. You had to side-step to get to the other part of the room. This made getting the suitcases to the other side was extremely difficult. Eventually we started walking across the bed, which is not good for the bed!

The staff were friendly, good internet access.

The location of the property was convenient, being close to several metro stations and major bus routes. the room was quiet and offered a distant view of the Eiffel Tower.

the space between the bed and the wall is too narrow, my wife hurt her food when went across. The small parking place is a little expensive as 12 euro per night(not per day). You can easily find some free parking place in the near road

Ten minutes walk from the Metro and underground secure parking.

Not the hotel's fault, but the behaviour of fellow guests at breakfast...They were like locusts descending on all the available food, piling their plates and stuffing their pockets leaving nothing bar a few crumbs! Unfortunately the hotel was quite busy and there was also not enough crockery or cutlery to go around. The staff did eventually replenish the breakfast bar but 15Euros for breakfast was extortionate.

The hotel offered a very comfortable stay for my entire vacation. You can enjoy a breakfast with milk, croissants, butter, and breads. - the hotel is in an excellent location near Montrouge, metro stations, and major bus routes. - There is a restaurant Cafe M just 500 meters away from the hotel.

They said room service was cancelled because it was not 'high season', at the beginning of August. They also told us breakfast room service was on, but the morning of our requested breakfast, we did not get it, and had to call and ask why. The woman said she was by herself at reception and could not bring us breakfast.
